Host: OK, now that we finished our lunch, next destination is airport.
      Guest: Yes
Host :What time is your flight?
      Guest: at 2pm
Host : Have you bought your ticket?
      Guest: ...

overheard at a local nasi Padang restaurant. 
I seriously think the host is reading the Business-Conversation-Manual back to front...
